http://www.facebook.com/thesilencebroken The Silence Broken was founded in May of 2006 in Rochester, NY; they derived their band name from a reference to the popular video game, Silent Hill 2. After putting together their first set, the band played it's first show in 2007 with Eulogy Recording artist, Fjord. Continuing to play shows around the Rochester area, the band settled in with producer Steve Veremeychik at Corruption Studios to begin work on their debut release.
